About a week ago, I started to have issues with my internet. I wasn't able to access the internet at all but it was later resolved. I also had issues with Mozilla Firefox about not being able to connect to a proxy server but I changed it to no proxy. Problem is that even after fixing my internet, I can't download the file list from the launcher. I've tried reinstalling EiRR but that had no effect.

So, any idea what I should attempt now?

Sounds like some firewall is blocking your access, try disabling them.

I've tried disabling my firewall to no avail. I've also stopped any anti virus programs and the like.

Well then you'd probably have to disable the firewall on your router, or open some ports.
Could also try putting yourself in DMZ.

Well, EIRR works on alternate users, as I can actually log in but I would still want to fix it for my user account.
