There are plenty of nations with laws that more or less (with exceptions) translate to: Information gained in a illegitimate way by "baiting" or "entrapping" is not usable. whoever is using babyIon90 is definitely breaching rules.
Not only is he smurfing whilst using another forum name and not identifying himself when asked, but he is also using the name of other community members, slightly modified along with someone else in ZeiIschiebe to take advantage of unsuspecting community members.

I remember moderators raging and forcing Blitzen and Blltzen to change names because they couldn't tell the difference a while back, too.
