officer bonus + pe bonuses (muni ht, tank hunter infantry in house) = strong units, especially infantry. Heck if you have all 3 you can stack 'em.

+20% acc & dmg + cool down, more accuracy and reload bonuses. I'm too lazy to look it all up but Tank Hunters + Defensive can be a really deadly combo.

Yes it can be a huge arty target but if god forbid the allies have no arty (which can happen) then forget it, they're screwed.

Shared bonuses are a nature of EiR. It's a team game and we want to Promote team play. The Aura of the Defensive Officer is strong(far too strong) so we'll get that fixed but the Supervise is nice.
