Defensive Bottom T3

Officer supervision gets 10% buff. So what does this equal out to?

Regular supervise is +20% accuracy and damage correct? So does 10% of 20% = 2%? So you get a +22% accuracy and damage?

Or is that 20% + 10% = +30% accuracy and damage?

Goes from being 1.25 acc 1.2 dmg to 1.35 acc 1.3 dmg.
