Here is the idea:

Basically, I'm going to apply the conventions of any major sport commentary here.

Main Casters:
These are the guys that will fill the role of overall battlefield commentary. If you've ever watched a soccer game, you will recognise this guy as the one who calls out the players names upon receiving the ball, talking about general placement, and commenting on composition etc.

Sidekicks:
These guys will be the ones that focus on the more technical side of the game, such as placing units in cover, forward facing armour, well executed flanks etc.

It does not matter which of these people record the video & audio, but it is rather important that both these separate roles are filled.

Extracaster:
There may be a 3rd shoutcaster present, in which case he will also fill the role of Sidekick, however each sidekick will be assigned to either Axis or Allies, and should only really comment on the side they are assigned to.

This will prevent those awkward bits when people talk over each other about the same thing.
If there is a 3rd guy the Maincaster will have less to say overall, in which case they should take every silent moment to comment on something, anything so that conversation is always flowing.
I know you all hate it when there is like a 15 second pause in voice speaking during shoutcasts, but with 3 people all assigned to specific roles, this should never happen.

Miscellaneous:
Someone to upload, edit, all that la-dee-da.

Uploading:
As far as uploading goes, I think it would be nice if we created a youtube account called "EuropeinRuins Propaganda" or something along those lines, both so it is immediately obvious we belong to EiR, but also so that is known we are different from Groundfire and his shoutcasts.
Remember these are community based and therefore not official, so we should probably remain a separate entity.
As for announcement of shoutcasts, I would like whoever uploaded the shoutcast to tell me, provide me with a link, and for a brief description of the match.
I will then post a new thread with the shoutcast, crediting everyone who contributed, under the following template: (example)

It is 4th of July weekend, and despite what selfish, love-money-more-than-people conservatives will tell you, us liberals do like to celebrate the nations independence with family and friends. So I will not be able to participate in any shoutcasts today or tomorrow.

Since my flawless opinions and quick wit won't be available until Tuesday, I suggest you wait till then to do this. It's not a proper shoutcast without my skills present.
