I think allies are the hardest for me to play.

But in the sense that I just can't bring myself to playing them due to how immensely fucking boring and repetitive both the factions are.

tbh I think it's the other way around.
What is exciting about PE? You're forced to field Marders as AT in all doctrines with the exception of TH.

the 50mm HT is horrible and way overpriced

i rather have no vehicles beside 8 marders in my company than being forced to use just one of these shit 50mm HTs

it dies to 2 atg shots it had a awful ROF an awful penetration awful damage awful accuracy dies by bars or other small arms quick and its pathing is horrible

and it wastes munitions

??
Unless you're spamming hummels or IST's, you're probably fielding heaps of Marders and spending muni's on Assault Flemmens or minefields Tongue.

I prefer having a few IST's and using about 5-6 50mm, as SE I focus on being mainly AI anyway, so I don't usually bother with much AT.

PE AT is fine.  The different units excel against different types of vehicles.  Learn to mix and match and not spam...

A few clown cars, with a couple of marders for shermans/pershings/churchills/fireflies, and a couple of 50mms for m10s/m18s/cromwells works just fine...the problem is that most people only have a little bit of AT on at once.  PE AT is low in pop, you should typically have 3 pieces on at once...

In a micromanagement perspective WM are the hardest to play.

@talkmuch You form your opinion before you've even had a chance to play EIR. No need to create a thread about it.

More micro in PE tbh.
Micro is essential for WM as all units are high cost high reward. If you can't micro, you won't win as WM.

For brits, it's just about knowing which units support others the best. Once you work that out, it's pretty easy to work out what to do. The advantage of brits is that you only really need one piece of AT on the field + brens, because brens are basically anti-everything. They're the slowest faction in the game and as such are more defensive. Onus is more on battlefield awareness than speed of micro.

Americans are the opposite of WM. Low cost low reward. You can opt for higher cost units such as elite infantry, but then again there is still no burden to get a certain amount of kills unlike 300mu stormtrooper dual shrecks.

I never found Wehr to require a lot of micro, since they have some of the best support weapons in the game it's a pretty easy and straightforward faction to play 'ok'. Brits is the WM of allies as far as I'm concerned. PE & US are where it's at.

You don't need to pay for advice Tongue.
Make some threads in the strategy section, I'm sure there's more than enough people willing to help out.
