First off I have to ask if terror doctrine is looking to get overhauled because if it is, then this is probably slightly invalid. I also need to say that terrors t3s dont make any sense in the fact that there really isnt any consistency in them or reason to go double t3.
Right now I run a Defensive Double T3, mid/bottom. This is giving my officer a buff of +30% accuracy/damage to all my support weapons, 88, stukas, and infantry when he is near.
On top of that bonus alone I am getting volks/grens/kch, +10hp (on SL), -15% cooldown, and -20% received suppression. The badass ability of my 88s firing in howie mode (great job on adding range to this, and also making it more vulnerable when it fires!) and my stukas and nebels doing 50% extra damage.
Now let's look at my terror company, I'm running P. Pills, this gives my KCH/Volks/Grens, 25% accuracy/damage. With fearless my units are much harder to suppress and stand which is great.
Now comparing the two companies I run, the defensive is far more superior, the KCH i'm running do more damage, have more accuracy, + the cooldown bonuses and +10hp on SL. Plus, there is no cool down on this extra damage, PLUS my other infantry units benefit from it as well.
So I was thinking, either P. Pills need to be buffed, which I think a few things that could be done are give them +30% damage/accuracy, give them +25 faster reload/cool down, make P pills affect support weapon teams as well, add some bonuses to tanks/support teams through P pills (some what lack luster that it only affects 3 units)
or the defensive double t3s need to be nerfed slightly, which would suck because i think it would make the corresponding t4s slightly crappier, so you need to do what you just did with the armor top/bottom t3, if you have these defensive T3s then there is some negative effect... i really have no idea what it should be.
