My dear comrades, it is with regret that I must inform you of the broken patch, of which by now I am sure most of you are aware of.

We request that any and all intel regarding the breaking of the patch is sent to either myself or any other developer you may find, in the hopes that we may address the problem as soon as possible.

I've heard scattered reports of it being more to do with having strategic points on the map, as well as resources.

Well, I found the problem, although I am not sure why it happened.

The SCAR files are completely devoid of any data. You can all check for yourselves.
