So basically, you will be forced to pay with terrible players who may or may not use vent just to play? How is this a good thing lol.
I think the majority of us only play anymore because of the people we enjoy playing with. Hell, a lot of us play other games outside EIR together.
Again, why would we want to play with random people who make no effort to use vent. I don't know about you, but there is nothing more frustrating than losing because you get the guy who has a shit connection and drops constantly. Or the guy who didn't even attempt to wirk with his team.
Hang on AmPM - we even had a discussion about this on Vent months ago - about the particulars etc. You are not forced to play with randoms, if you enjoy playing with a team, you make a team and wait for the other side to fill up. The pitfalls would come about when Random1234 + teammates all get put on the other side, and you end up having those drops - but that happens NOW. |

That could happen for the random vs random teams, but again - thats for you, the player, to decide what kind of game you want to be put into. The random pool (vs randoms only) The random pool (vs randoms OR other teams) The team pool (vs randoms OR other teams OR a combo of each) You will have these options: Gamesizes (1,2,3,4 players per side) - one or multiple ticked. Play vs set-teams tick option Play vs randoms tick option As well as setting up your own team of 2+ players. Then, the random game assigner will setup games, but you are protected from both randoms OR set teams if you dont want to have that. |

You'd have to have awesome timing tbh, but maybe I should allow team vs team battles to circumvent the automatch (ie, you both have a team made, and you can 'invite' another team to play) |

what about the issue of people seeing when the automatch is fin and dont want to play with or against the other team. what prevents them from cancelling the game or someone trolling? You still have to get them to launch the game and get into the room.
