Thats just a generic error message tbh, its possibly caused by .net or xna redists not being installed.
Have you been able to be in launcher before?

because they won't work.
we've tryed all the night changing file ( the .dll too, ) but bnothing worked.
So, after almost 11 hours of Work he decided to format All. Now seems to work all fine.
