I had a period a while back when I actually thought a lot about my play (to stay #1) and I also experimented with turning MG's the wrong way to bait infantry squads in. These days I don't have the motivation to play so complicated.

im going to start saying i was baiting people if my support weapons are turned the wrong way hehe.

I dunno about designing a company geared towards baiting, but baiting is a very good strategy and important to get used to.

I use it to lure tanks into pak guns.
