Signing up for "Scorched Earth"
- All players MUST be official members of the Clan they will be playing for.
- Sign up with a team of total 16 members(only 1 team is allowed).
- All teams must register with full "Member" and "Clan" Names.
- Sign-ups close on the 30th of September.
Does this mean that we cant have one european team and one american? And is it required to have 16 members :S
And the clan need to have a owner..so EIRRMod?
And when i sign us up i kinda counting on you not to run away to another clan or whatever!
And yeah its time to put the clan tag to use, [EiR]

It says 16 members total. I think we could get away with 8-16 if needed.
We could rune [EiR-NA] and [EiR-EU] I think.
I just want to see the finals read as EiR VS EiR, lol.
surely they must understand that cross atlantic teams don't work(some players would be eastern Europe and some players would be western North America)
Unless the tournament is 16 vs 16

After checking the signup... Yeah I guess we need 1 team.
I guess listing EiRRMod as the owner makes sense as long as he doesn't need to play.
What do we list as establishment date? The start up date of EiR?
It asks for total amount of clan members(Not participating members) Cause technically I could pull user stats from the database, lol would that be an inflated stat?
Lastly, are you doing this Dnicee or shall I?

I posted on their forum asking for a small clarification when I get a response I'll follow through.
it seems like they are going to pick participants based on clan size/following/established date.(otherwise why would they ask) They clearly want maximum exposure for this tournament.
Even people here who don't own or play RO2 will clearly be cheering us to win.(except maybe deadbolt)

I'm using the metrics of Unique ID's for the last 2 months and subtracting a few hundred to weed out potential spam bots, which still leaves ~1500 so I'm gonna list that for members. lol

Awesome brn! I dont know, just pick someone active as vice-captain, I also would prefer that the vice-captain can behave, have good manners etc.
I would love if we could do some training all together!
like, just play some games when we all are on vent, teamspeak, mumble or whatever. Play against each other, stuff like that.

I'm available for RO2 on Saturdays, Fridays and Sundays, and occasionally on later times during the week depending on school work.
I'll add in the tag as soon as I get home.
Shouldve been playing with us yesterday Brn. Lionel, AmPm, Malgoroth, Jodomar, Lefort and myself were wtfpwning guys on Pavlovs house once AmPm told us about the trenches that lead to one of the houses. Laughter filled our channel constantly. ^_^

Best fun to do is spawn as Axis AT, find a rifle, then sneak to the attic of pavlov's house. Much fun to be had, nobody ever looks up there, lol. Killing T34's with 2 shots to the engine compartment is always fun, but it can take some maneuvering to get it right, since you can't aim down more than 45 degrees or so  Be prepared to die 5-10 times for each attic adventure. |

I routinely play Commander or Squad leader and am the first person into most objectives(call in the arty, move under cover of Smoke and barrage) I win most rounds without dying or dying once or twice and take multiple objectives. At this stage of the game Aggression is vital to winning and alot of pubs just sit still. It's harder in Countdown because everyone knows where the attackers have to go and you don't get Arty but Smoke still works and there are lots of flanking positions for attackers to move up on.
The only issue with Countdown in Pubs is that alot of idiots run infornt of the MG's and that denies alot of your opening firepower.
