im not a fan of sports games, but ive looked at this one several times, looks fun!
It is quite fun. The dice which makes 'chance' a big factor means you focus on what you DEFINATELY want done in the round first, then extras which make the next turns easier. I started playing doing all my attacks first - but then learnt that you can KILL the other team damn fast, but you wont win the game =-) |

If you like having players smash each others brains in while attempting to play the ball, this game is for you. It's basically a direct port of the tabletop game.
Lefort and I just played. Sadly his ratmen beat my ogres in score. However, I caused him 1 death, a broken collar bone, a serious concussion and 2 badly hurts (miss next game) along with a multitude of KO's and other such.
Ogres don't win games, but they make sure you won't win your next one.

Like why do i keep missing the computers teammates and they completely knock my guys the fuck out?

It seems simple when you first look at it, but after the first game you will know there is a lot to learn.
It's all about using skill to mitigate luck...because luck will always turn on you.

Make sure you are using the right guys to block, and certain races are just slippery little bastards It's all about using skill to mitigate luck...because luck will always turn on you.
absolutely true, also make sure you click the right dice  and unless you cant avoid it, never do a block/attack that only has one die |

I'm in, spent the night getting the basics sorted out, some small things to learn that make a large impact on gameplay.
New guys will need time to find a race they like. I've played a few tonight and I'm liking the Skaven and Lizards alot.
Gonna try and get the rest of them in later today and see who I like best.

Sorry but im not playing in da league. I only played it at a friends house, and don't feel like buying it due to it making me QQ lol, I use tactics to get a edge in luck, and I still end up getting attacker down/defender push/both down(damn dwarfs with block) sometimes, against a even strength opponent that I surrounded.
