Atm there's enough arty in the meta game to kill it.
You can tell its a biased statement by how Volks never said super effective yet smurf assumes he means exactly that.
to kill it,it's supposed to be effective against it,right? Cuz you dont have 10min to sit with mortar and bombard it.
Mortars? I dont think so .
Nebel? Also,dont think so.
Single stuka? Bad. Multiple stukas,that might do the trick,but having 16 or more pop just for that,I dont think so. And stuka is quite a big investment for something that isnt all that good.
Hummel might be good,but only 1 doctrine has him,so you cant reliably think that you or your mates will be able to kill it with that.

Dont know is it still that you could just pack emplacement and build it again with full health? If you still can,yea,good luck killing it with arty
Maybe others kill emplacements with arty units,which from my experience I dont find effective as just pushing them and killing them with inf/tanks/paks etc.
