Could work? With the ab lmg unlocked, nades and top t4?

Would be a pretty beast super rifle squad. Can drop while smoked, take out 88s, satchel tanks. 75hp/man, ab armor etc.

I've made a company which will resemble the final build.

I was able to squeeze in a fairly balanced build, but I can see it being smashed by axis tanks supported by a lot of AT.

10 lmg ab
5 ab 30 cals
1 x ab mortar
3 x recrew ab riflemen
3 x m10s
2 x ab at guns
3 x ab RRs

I can also see it being raped by snipers, nebels. There's just not that much to do with the RR being so expensive. What if they are running zimmerit tanks, moving ISTs?

I doubt this company will be able to compete against a equally skilled player with a good T4. Nothing I buy doctrine-wise will improve it much. Sad

At least its completely paradroppable-

why get lmgs on your ab? just nade and sticky everything you see with insta airdropping no drift invincible(smoke) sprinting paras and then finish the shit off with m10s
and take some satchel charges to blow up paks. you get a t2 that makes the ability 100% more effective anyway (not OP at all)

Why get top t4 at all? If you're going to use AB for AI (which garands upgrade suggest) then you will need the lmg and the grenades to deal with some of the nastier axis inf. Which is what I'm going for.

With this build I can cut out the ab riflemen and sniper unlock, and still use AB as a AI squad w/healing. AB riflemen won't get the fireup reduction from the Top T4 which makes it less fun to spam them.

I think its more interesting to run AB as AI infantry because they end up being cheaper than rangers, benefit more from healing and I'm not going to spend tons of munis on RRs who will fail against the buff axis doctrines.

Problem is the AT. I doubt m10s will be able to do their job most games, they just die too easily.

Plus the fact that afaik the smoke on drop and time-to-drop reduction both arent in -cough- leo -cough-

I would like to see how this current AB doc plays out w/ everything working (and a tweak t3/t2 here and there) before people start suggesting total revamp.
