well right now im just keeping busy by trying some stuff out till I can find out how to stamp and move to a larger map so I can finish this up properly. Just experimenting and learning. What be wrong with the swamp?

That area would be your safe like staging and moving around area so having it all be swampy would make staging a nightmare perhaps.

I see youve sectioned your map off quite obviously, some contructive critisism, its good to section your map, but not soo obviously, and not to diferant climate areas. You want to mix the differant areas together to create dynamic battlefields, but you want to create certain areas devoted top certain types of fighting (IE flanking, defending/ attacking)
