The Flare on the vampire decloaks your own unit.
allso can anybody tell me what exactly the debuff is? i have noticed it is quite great sence a atgun got sniper by a marder.

flare works on everything that is under it. so you use it and stay at a distance, if you walk under it, you take the debuffs as well.

a huge pixelated red cover icon above the unit's head yes, like the vehicle cover icon but then even bigger. nothing like the actual infantry cover item lol. |

well...it looks like it and the vehicle cover icon looks like the medium cover icon, thats how i see it. anyway, i love flare for CW, storms trying to cloak away, flare 'em and rape.
