Ugh, misinformation.

Enabling the warmap makes the CALCULATION for PP gain dependant on the warmap.

SO!  Before you play ANY game on an account you currently have, spend all the PP first on unlocks and advantages so that your PPs saved up dont dissapear when it calculates your PP reserve + unlock costs > Doctrine PP Max for the warmap.

Then, you wont gain PP, but it wont matter, you will have spent it already.

Of course, after the Doctrine PP Max is higher than what your totals are, you will start gaining PP again.

Does it check ALL companies or just the warmap one? Like if you have positive pps (above zero) on other companies, this counts toward it?

We have entered a testing phase with the Warmap beta, and are currently at turn 5(ish).

The EIRR team would like to thank you all for your contributions, and as such, we would like to offer you a 'taste' of the warmap by joining the SDT Team in its internal testing.

If you would like to join, please display your:

- Profile name
- Company name + Doctrine
  (Make a NEW one, and Suffix it with WM or War or something e.g. EIRRModWM)

You will then be unlocked for the Warmap, and given 250 AP, and 100 RP (Resource, not reward) points to use.

Shortly, someone will post a mini-tutorial.  Id advise getting in contact with some of the other testers to form powerful strategies, and try to hold back the Allied invasion!

No, its indivdual company based.

But on your level accounts, spend all your PP.

Note:  ALL of your companies are now warmap companies, and will gain AP + RP

The account I wanted was one I could recognise... thus a new account name with WM at the end.

Some people couldnt listen to instructions however.

The warmap is unlocked for ALL of your companies, so its irrelevant which one you PLAY on, I just wanted the low level one to get the boosted AP and RP.

Thats it.  No more bitching about NOOBGUY using his lvl 9 account, or SMOKAZ stomping to get more AP/RP.  Its how it is.

I hardly call that misinformation.....
FACT- All of your companies will gain access to the warmap
FACT- If you do not spend your pp before you play any games, you will loose it all.

The only thing I have stated incorrectly is that you will not gain any PP. At the time I posted that comment, the PP max was at 25. You gain 1/10 of the pp max per game played. That means he would be gaining 2.5 pp per game. However, if he had pp saved up (which is why I said you will loose your pp) he will not get any pp until his warmap gain surpassed his pp that he lost.
In other words....... you will not gain any (usable) pp. Much simpler statement then the detailed explanation I/you just made......lol

I do admit I missed suggesting you spend the pp before you loose it...... but I kinda thought that would be a no brainer  



THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER -

The Warmap affects all of your companies. You must spend all of your pp's on all of your companies or they will be lost. You will gain 1/10 of the "Warmap pp max" per game, but you will not see those results until your gain has surpassed the pp you lost.

We are asking you to use WM on the account name so it is easier to find in the SQL to change.
We have 28 people so far, many of them with 9 accounts.......

Using WM in the name saves a fuck ton of time.
