it is quite lucky but he probably has dual T3 officer buffs on the pumas which make them pretty good, on top of that he has a sniper, so im sure his enemies kept running into to get the sniper only to be wrecked by the puma 2x LV kills = jeeps im sure.

the guy next to the sniper is the officer, he is carring a panzerschreck and giving a 20m range supervise aura
the assault gren is from an other player and the aura does not buff teammates anymore
the 2 men gren squad carrying panzerschreck are by far out of range
sure he has still the possibility to supervise a single unit (but he does not in this pic) and i doubt so and furthermore i think it does not give increased buffs (can't look it up currently)
