Just curious, all those doctrine buffs to timers (deploy -30 secs, or enemy deploy later etc) are they working? 

Cause I swear allies deploy at the same time as i do even though I have T2 top doc that supposed to delay them by 30 secs.   That's a big deal if your madly scrambling to build an 88, and allied armor co has tanks tear assing down the road.

They don't, need Lucifer to do his ancient Ritual to Get it working but he wants more children before he will do so but i think he already ate Salans kids and Tank130 does not have children(well he sais he dose not so we will never know) so we will have to wait for some more Sacrifice.

most of those buffs are for R+ i guess
