The accuracy against at guns is far higher than standard at guns get against each other.
The 88 should be more accurate against ATGs than an ATG is but the current level of accuracy is simply too high. Very rarely will an ATG survive two shots from an 88 because both hit.
Typically your ATG dies well out of range of the 88.

if you lower 88 vs atg needs to be lowered, then lower atg vs 88 because it takes about 2-3 shots for an atg to kill an 88.
both are 100% atm if i remember. thats why an 88 has such a high acc, atgs are one of the best ways to outright kill an 88.

im curious, how are you attacking an 88 that's causing your sniper to get hit by it?
if the 88 is POINTING AT YOUR SNIPER, no shit, of course it's going to get hit!
that's why you move to the side, or have something pop in the los of the 88 and make it turn slightly, THEN you snipe.

I would be fine with reducing atg acc against 88s. My issue with the accuracy is that typically the 88 can have two shots off before an atg can move and it only takes 2 to kill an atg from full health
