it depoends if u try to stamp the whole map then it may not work coz of the number of objcets splines and stamps reach  more then ur WB can handle so try stamping only building at first if it works then try small part of the map to stamp.dll this my be this will work but if the problem lies in ur wb then u may need to clean reinstall coh again
