 I try udate my EiRR but if i run autoupdate then he checking and "could not download the file list please try again later"  try it yesterday and today but no progress any help ? thx

I had the same problem only my error says "EIRR client has failed to launch"

This is a seperate issue, which usually indicated missing DirectX (web installer), .net or XNA 2.0 dependencies not being installed correctly (or at all).

There is a seperate thread here dealing with the issue, read through it, and post a new thread if it does not resolve your issue:
