Firefly Buffs in the RCA Doc.:

*Precision munition: +25% accuracy*

*High Quality Munition: +25% Area of Effect*

-----------------------------------

Does this mean anything for the firefly? Can it one shot infantry? or is it just a useless addition?

Its useless, the firefly already will pick off an infantry man every 3-4 shots (2-3 with vet + cct)

Area Of Effect is increased from 0.5 to incredible 0.625. (75mm Sherman has 3 and the Upgunned one has 1.5).
The Accuracy Modfier does not effect the Firefly.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Y U NO READ CORSIX CORRECTLY.

Firefly gets 20% increased acc from the doc choice. Its very nice touch to tip you towards hitting that shot while on the move chasing down that tank.

Now, increased splash on the firefly. Thats useless.

Why are you unable to write correctly (polite) and being such a dick just why someone made a misstake?

Would you be so nice and explain me, where I can find the modifier that I will not make the same mistake again?

There are two Firefly Guns. "cw_17pounder_firefly_gun" and "cw_17pounder_gun_hq" (I guess the hq stands for High Quality). The Accuracy Table, Moving Table and the Target Table are still the same and I could not find a difference. At the Area Effect Table I could find a difference of 0.125 which equals 25% of 0.5.

Perhaps you don't understand me.

"Y U NO READ CORSIX CORRECTLY" is my playful way of critizing your mistake. But its understandable that you could take it the other way.

Now, onto reading corsix.

Most of the doctrine buffs are given to the unit in the form of a passive ability. To check if the unit is made to recieve the buff go to EBPS then RACES and find the proper unit. Make sure you are looking at EIR units not VCoH units. Now, on the units tab click on abilities. You will see many abilities regarding the doctrine choices it could possibly have.

Now that you know what doctrine choices affect that unit, you can begin your search on what that doctrine choice specifically does for the unit. Now, go to the main Abilities folder under attrib. Go under the europeinruins and select the desired faction. If a doctrine choice modifies a already existing ability there will be a alerternate version of the ability on the folding your looking at. For example, Lieutenants Heroic charge with the Ultra Decryption doc choice unlocked. But most of the choices will be in the Doctrine folder under your desired faction. Find the desired doc choice and open it. Look at its Action List. Most buffs will be under start_self_actions.

And now tada, you can now read exactly what doctrine choices do.

Now, one issue that may arise is if the EiR Launcher hasn't been properly linked to the game, but that issue is extremely rare and only happens when a dev forgets to link it, so don't worry about it but make a mental note it exist.
