Oh well, I am also a Danish citizen so I can just as much go there and get some money from the government, also I have some close relatives in Canada and from what i last heard i could get a Canadian Citizenship by applying there due to I am so closely related to them. infact same applies to Sweden and Norway but i don't speak Swedish and barely understand Norwegian. |

My referal was to the work across the border thing and the standarization. basically a passport will allow you to move around in EU freely and following that you are able to work in other countries without being a citizen since countries are not supposed to discriminate within EU
but yes i suppose what lionel is thinking about is having a homeland, and as far as i know your allowed 2 of them depending on which countries is it aka "citizenship" although most people will only have 1
you usally dont pay taxes to two countries for the same job etc
