Because a forum post should be like a woman's skirt. Long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting.

Mayne, deciding between Tolerance and Dilligence is diffcult, in the end I just went for Snide.

The officer is considerably better than a riflemen squad at carrying weapons.
Officers have good accuracy so they will hit most targets.

I feel like if Smokaz and Shab met up it would be a 50/50 tossup to see which one of them robbed the other first.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

It was at 0.85 for Pershing/Tiger/SP/TA, which they shouldn't have been.
It's now at 0.75 for all heavies with the exception of the TA's ammo loadout, which is 0.6 infantry accuracy (And 0.5 for any moving inf, regardless of armour making them pretty hopeless for hitting inf when combined with their very reduced splash) for AP rounds and 0.85 accuracy for HE rounds.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.

The last 3 patches we tried to alter balance with out following vCoH balance it it failed, so we tried something else, then tried something else, then put it back. How the fuck is this game supposed to get fixed it we don;t at least try shit.
Wouldn't say it failed because it strayed from vCoH balance. vCoH balance sucks massive dick anyway. It was just that some of the changes were not very well thought out and may have used a day or two to mull over - the pioneer/engie thing, for instance - any good spammer could have told you about the idea being lulzy from the ground up. There's a reason airborne riflemen never got mines.
The heavy tank buffs were something done too hard, too fast, while really not doing anything to differentiate the units. They just got better at doing what they already did, with one of the units becoming a hard-counter to what was usually it's micro-intensive hard-counter (tiger vs m10).
An example of a good and justified change is KT accuracy versus infantry. It is a slow and expensive unit, which means it warranted being able to deal with most things at least decently.
A bad buff was the change in speed. Before it made some sense to treat the KT with at least a modicum of dignity due to the speed buffs attained at vet 2 and 3; now, with it's speed being good right off the bat and the replacement buffs at vet being eye candy rather than anything truly useful - the unit just becomes a heavy brick to throw in the enemy's general direction. And that brick rarely tended to miss before, with proper aim. Now even a blind person can throw it with quite some precision.
All in all I'd say the recent string of patches have not been that bad. At least something's happening and progress, if tentative and "stuttering" is being made. Perhaps take smaller increments in buffing/nerfing units. Think more about what is the realistic change that can be expected, rather than what you "want" players to do and strive for (i.e. vet requirement for abilities on ATGs and MGs.. really?).
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years. That alone has persuaded me to actually play a game or two again. I'm not going to complain too much.

ummm active camo stealth boy stormies were retarded.
They would 9/10 instagib the jeep that spots them then run off.
And as for recon tommies, well prior to a recent patch they had next to no combat value, and require either 3 pop bren for survivability or 3-4 pop LT for combat buffs.
They would still loose to Stormies man
