All submissions must follow these guidelines:1.) All drafts must be 100% complete

NOT for discussion of the submissions. You can start another thread somewhere else for that. This will be strictly enforced.
If you have submitted one before and want it considered, you must resubmit under these guidelines.
NOTE: Your submissions will be reviewed by our design team. Your proposal may be used in whole, in part, or amended as the Design Team requires.
Very important: Just because a hand full of people may "LOVE" your draft does not give it an automatic gold star and implementation. The inverse is true as well: just because a handful of people may hate your draft, does not mean it will get eliminated.
