Forum Improvements?

Most of you guys have been using these forums for sometime now, be it messing around in the random threads that pop up to posting important information about game issues.

Now, if you could improve these forums, how or what would you do to make it that much more better? Could be anything really, from Sub forums to Dev Q/A sessions.

Any ideas are welcomed, from the crazy to the serious, as long as it's about forum related things.

I just want to know what we should do to make the forums a better place.

if the main forums were given more sub forums, like webbased issues/ideas and gameplay issues/ideas as sub forums for public alpha testing.

there is not much wrong with this forum really, appart from lack of activity recently; only a select few are still posting.

I'm not sure we should have too many sub forums. If your browsing you want to be able to look at a list of threads to see if there are any that look interesting. If the forums were all split up you'd have to go to each one individually to look.
I like the recent posts sidebar. Is it possible to make that so you can scroll back or something to see more recent posts.

I think the current form ist just the right amount of overview, combination and splitting of topics.

As for the colour, should be only a small effort to import an option for the users to customize
the forums appearance, non??

What concerns me more atm is when the new version comes out.. neeeeeeed

You know the Soldier face that is grayed out when you have read the post and coulurfull when it´s new?

Make one for ally´s and one for Axis
And depending on how posted last it chances.

But the thing that woud bring most live to the forums woud be a release.

Okay one thing that is really kinda annoying is the fact that you cant Scroll by PRESSING your mouswheel and then move the mouse up and down.

You know waht i mean or is future (image based) explaining needed?

I HATE that.  Can we get it fixed please?  It works fine in the War Control Panel, but not on the forums.

I read in the thread that they lost their original forum due to some sort of lisenceing problem... and that they are supposed to be fixing it.  So the forum you saw as a temp one.  They are fixing it soon.

Don't get me wrong.... EIR > Kmod... but damn they look shinny!
