I think there needs to be a nerf. 4 offmaps plus if you go bottom tier 4 you get 90 sec creeping barrage. Also i think the atg should be able to kill the 88. that is all

No it takes 12 shots to kill and 88. 88 kills atg in 2 or 3 shots

A lot has happened Crazy, that was the most drastic of changes.

The other one, if you haven't caught on, is trenches.  They can now be garrisoned by MG teams and over garrison cover instead of heavy too (if I recall that part correctly).

Assuming the unlocks are balanced pricewise, they sacrifice no buffs for offmaps, just variety.

The most of the times you lose because the brit will bring 1-2 howitzer allthough there is no doomfort and just armour outside on the battlefield.
Sometimes the howitzer will get some awesome kills, but will not win the game because there is less manpower on the field which holds the actual positions.
Additionally there is stuff needed which protect the howitzer, which is an extra fightpower drain for the enemy. (tactic wise sometimes a bad decision to bring on a howitzer)

As Elitegren said, if they wanna have boom-boom let them have it.

Boom Boom is nice, but honestly - people overrate it. I mean, the airburst off-map is literally the second worst offmap arty in the game (after armour WP strike) - yet remains a T3 for some obscure reason. Should have switched places with earth-shaker long ago.

why does it need to be nerfed? its the hard counter to a defensive company. without 90 second arty and offmaps 88s with their arty pieces would probably just roll.

Its not even that good sure it fires every 90 seconds but it wont effectively kill the 88 itself it will decroy it but it will take a looooonnggg ass time with sandbags and all to actually kill one.

1. Airburst is trash. I've often seen it land directly on top of a squad and do little to no damage.

2. Earthshaker has a long enough delay for you to get out and usually the first shell will not hit. Often times you'll make it out unscathed.

3. Creeping barrage at 90 seconds is fine. However, it's horrible if the RCA player has more than one 25 pounder, since he can drop two at the same time and clear a massive portion of the enemy line in a single go (making 4v4s nightmarish since there is enough pop to cover 2 arty pieces from a single player).

It's not that big of an issue in 3v3s and 2v2s since being down 14 pop is a huge difference. I think putting creeping barrage as a global cooldown would be a fair compromise but the price of creeping barrage would have to be adjusted since 80 MU per artillery piece would be excessive.
