Company building bugging out

Lately when i build a company and click accept changes the units which were deleted pop up and am on minus manpower and munitions. When i delete them and click retire they pop up again, i have to delete them one by one and click accept changes to go back to manpower and ammunitions on plus.
This happens on all of my companies since some time.

And now you need to press accept changes for every deleted unit. I'm pretty sure EIRRMod is busy to fix the population
capacitiy problem with the heavy tanks.
