General
- grenades no longer lose use if nade isn't thrown
- assault nades target enemy squad again rather than ground below them
- added vet 4 & vet 5 for all units. XP requirements for vet4 is vet3 x2; XP requirements for vet5 is vet3 x3.
- Recrewed support weapons can now cap territory



American

- Stuart damage modifier versus PE reverted from 1.25 to 1.5
- Stag fuel cost from 120 to 100
- Stag canister round from 35 munitions to 20 munitions
- Commando Jeep Manpower cost from 110 to 160
- Tetrarch Up-gun from 60 munitions to 40 fuel
- Tetrarch Base cost from 70 fuel to 60 fuel
- Sapper pool cost of mines from 2 to 4


Wehrmacht
- Goliath pop cost from 0 to 1 when deployed
Flak 88:
    -88 artillery ability Modified to have increased scatter.
    -cooldown increase between modes from 10s to 30s
    -crew cover type from garrison halftrack to heavy (less resistance vs indirect fire)
- Panther accuracy versus infantry from 0.6 to 0.4
- Stuka halftrack fuel cost from 220 to 170
- Stuh accuracy vs all infantry from 0.75 to 1.0
- Panzerschreck damage vs ATGs from 1.0 to 0.8 (from 2 hits to kill to 3 hits)


Panzer Elite
- Goliath pop cost from 0 to 1 when deployed
- Panther accuracy versus infantry from 0.6 to 0.4
- Purchasing teller mines on the Panzer Grenadier increases the squads pool value by 2
Hotchkiss:

My 700 xp sherman died along with Skaffas 1300 xp Tiger Ace. All the stupid high vet units died just before the patch, lol.

Liking the patch, but one major gripe... And a minor one.

Why the sapper mine nerf?

Are the 4 popcap sappers really that much more capable of plopping down a million mines than their 3 and 2 popcap counterparts in other factions?

Minor one - is the 500 HP M10 Armour Hellcat really worth 320 FU? You can get a firefly for that - which will be able to scout for itself just as well (tank commander for 45 mu), has a longer-range gun and dies a lot harder on the count of it's 550 HP and Sherman Armour.

Having trouble downloading the patch, EuropeinRuinsDataArt.sga is giving me some issues, always stop about 10-20% threw the download and wont continue, have deleted the file and tried to again to no avail, any suggestions? All the other file downloads are fine.

This vet rework was not scheduled for release in this patch. It has not been reviewed by our BT and finalized. Unfortunately our development team has failed by allowing some moron on the team to put it out ahead of schedule and not complete.

Because it would be unfair of me to point fingers at anyone arrogant enough to ignore the schedules I have in place, I will take responsibility for this error.

I apologize for this error and will try to get it resolved in the next patch.
