Lambert is supposed to be still in there so I don't know what you are talking about. Dawn is never going to come back. We've had dawn in for several months on end, several times, and it never managed to garner enough plays to warrant the 10mb download. I'm not just going to throw in every shitty map that people throw at me. The map criteria are clearly listed in this thread: http://forums.europeinruins.com/index.php?topic=19138.0. It's a transparant process if anything. The only thing I will admit to is slacking with the map uploading process, I'm well aware that this needs to happen faster, and ideally more than one person should be able to do this. |

People who aren't in Dicktator Skaffa's game would be able to play Dawn/Lambert! Even if skaffa played a 4v4 and qq^10 thats still 10 players that can play dawn!
Isn't Dawn Winter almost exactly the same anyway?

Its a fantastic map for vehicle use. There's plenty of avenues of attack, 88s really don't have a lot of good spots, there's no cover for infantry so people can't just sit and circlejerk in one spot.
Plenty of room for flanking, the action is never limited to one side. It also doesn't encourage the retarded form of gameplay some other maps do where both teams set up in the middle and just ram into each other over and over.
It encourages action, lots of action, and from all sides. Thats how maps should be made.
