3 Bazookas vs. a StuG:

Each bazooka has a 33% chance to penetrate.  So we'll assume that every volley, one manages to hit and penetrate.  75 damage per volley.  Takes about six hits to destroy the StuG.  That would be six volleys.  18 bazookas would have to be fired.

1 Shreck vs. an M10:

Shreck has a 226% chance to penetrate.  Every volley, each shot would hit and penetrate.  At 120 damage a volley, would take 4 hits to destroy an M10.  That would be four volleys.  4 Shrecks would've been fired.

No matter what way you slice it, the M10 dies faster.  Because the Shrek and Bazooka have the same exact reload speed, the Shrek kills faster than the 3 Bazookas.  And that is without Skirts.  With Skirts, it would take twice as long to destroy the StuG.  12 volleys, 36 bazooka shots.
