Infantry:

12 CP to get a 10% decrease in MP for rifles and rangers?! Not exactly overpowered, or even powered without the -over.

Can you simply implement vanilla Off-Map Combat Group instead of this, except usable only once per battle? Raise it to 18 CP, and give Off-Map rienforcements veterancy randomly.

the amount of rifleman and rangers you are likely to field will pobaly make the doctrines ability better ingame than on paper.  10% off each squad means each 10 squads you get you can afford another which in a large scale war may pesent an advantage over the other doctrines.

More than likely they will be increased, but we are just starting off a little more conservative for testing purposes.

Edit: They were increased, new values are in the Original Post.

i think suplly drop and air superiority are not balanced... (u can have lot of fuel and ammo with supply drop.. so u can call lot of bombing run..)

Supply drop does not provide fuel or ammo, it just provides the weapons.

Kept the same I believe as it wouldn't really matter if you got 1 HMG or two, now would it?
And since it's a free ability that you get every x minutes Smiley.

misdirection looks good. I was wondering though, when you say it's going to fire at a diferent location, is it anywhere on the map? Or nearby the original target?

This looks good, But it really depends on Generals and such... How many does each side have, and how do they get appointed?

The higher up the lower the quantity and there will only be one general for each side.
Accompagnied by a group of Colonels around him, you could consider that group to be the "High Command"

Ranks will be acquired through a unique system, we'll tell you more about that later Smiley.

Is the v1 going to be fixed?  As in is it still going to take 25 seconds to land with a sound 15 seconds before it does?

We'll probably consider fixing/buffing it once it's ingame Smiley.

Remember that supply drops should never be cheaper than buying the extra weapons beforehand since you can equip squads whenever you want with it or boost already equipped squads. Unless you won't be able to keep the extra weapons after the battle.

You won't.
