I'm mostly concerned with balance and doctrine changes, but I'm sure there will be some kind of war map changes too.
I'm not concerned with a DATE, I don't care when it plans on getting rolled out, I just want to know what's been fixed, what's in the works, and what is still having trouble being balanced.

lol. IS-2 & IS-3 and early Tankdestroyer with IL-2 Sturmvoik Air Support (Strafe and Bombing Run) in Breakthough Doctrine wasn't inbalanced.

Yeah. EF balance: Tweak everything else because the Russians can't be the root of the problem. I mean, hell, their basic infantry rifles are better then Gren K98ks; balanced yo!
