Just played a game 3v3 with Expert Engineers chosen as my T3 I noticed none of my tanks had a second repair after repairing, is this ability broken/not in yet ?

Uhm, it sure works alright, were you using cross faction reward tanks? Or did you forget to buy the second kit?

also there is a cool down on the next repair, it's not instant. you repair, then I think it's like a 2 minute cool down before you can use your second repair.

ahhk i was not aware of the cooldown on the second repair due to the repair icon disapearing entirely.

Still no second repair for my tanks,
in the menu for say Churchill there is Repair abilty 60mu Second repair ability 90mu
now common sense would dictate i would only have to purchase the later to recieve the benefits right ? not spend 150mu for something that is supposed to only cost an extra 30mu total.

so i have to spend 150mu for an ability that states "extra repair + 10 +20 + 30 for light med heavy"
thats moronic and seems like it was coded wrong
First repair 60mu, then 90mu for the second instead of 90 for the both of them.
thats a crazy mu sink into an abiltiy that has an apparent 2minute cool down after the first repair.

it means +10 +20 +30 ontop of the allready existing price.
Also dont send your bloddy tanks into the fucking paks if you dont want to be forced to fix it so quickly.
PS: do you think its smart in terms of balance to enable Mobile repair tanks the ability to buy 2 repair kits for humble 70 mun as Armor? Or tigers to buy them for minor 130?

first this is how it is with all second repair doctrines. so blitz and armor deal with the same thing.
also paying slightly more for a second repair kit is not a big deal. i mean 200 munitions to have a croc or pershing repair twice is amazing! pull your unit back at 30% health, repair, fight again, repair, and then fight a third time, you can really out attrition your enemy especially if you manage to kill most of their atg.
or in the case of the croc, kill most of their capping power, or decrew their atgs and take them for yourself.
