KT supported by PzIV gets hit by Pershing, 2 Shermans, 3 M10's, and a Greyhound.  Kills one of my M10's, almost kills the Sherman.  Had the KT been helped by a PaK gun or Shreks, I find it highly unlikely that it would've died, and the outcome would have been radically different.

Battle number is 585.

For me it took 2 rocket barrage, 1 sticky. + 3 at gun shots (none-vet or special). Done.

For us to kill the vet 3 KT it took 4 Ranger zooka squads to fire multiple times on it (mostly on the front armor because no chance to flank it, but they still hit pretty well on his front armor) 2 calliopes barraging at the same time and someone finishing it with artillery.

What it takes to kill a KT once Rangers get nerfed.

I think the Ranger nerf has already taken place actually.

the first on I killed I immobilized and attack it with a pershing and finished it off with a sticky grenade.
The second one I stickied it and kill it with AT.
The third one it ran over a demo and took out 2/3 of its health. I started hitting it with shells from one of my teamates decrewed At gun, and then killed it.

I remember killing a KT and a Panther with two Tank Reapers. The Panther was killed before it could flank the ATGs. The King Tiger got engine damage from spawn buffed Riflemen running up and tossing a Sticky bomb on its back. Then I proceeded to pound the KT to death with the two Tank Reapers.

The moral of these stories seems to be that they are not impossible to kill.

What's the availability on KTs anyway?

Certainly not impossible. Just really, really difficult to the point of *ugh*. And who cares about the availability at current survival rates?

Recipe to kill a KT:

1 -  2 X  Rifflesquad with NICE stickys

1-2  X m10

2 -4  rangers squads with bazooka

If you like Jeeps you can hand in a jeep too


 Preparation :

First you need to get some atention from the KT  a jeep is a good idea  Flank with your riffle and put a sticky on it

Dmg engine ?  time to bring in a m10 and attack it from behind ( you can block the kt movement with a jeep )

while his kT rorates bring in the rangers to attack the kt from side or rear if possible  split the 2 ranger  groups so you can attack from 2 sides

Bring  in more will clear the job faster add you own flavor

( carefull axis player will complain you where ranger spamming )

But some more squad to kill Kt support is needed

But yes you need a army to kill a KT

and  What it takes to kill a KT once Rangers get nerfed

 even more maybe they should nerf KT instead
