Good 'ol Stackbattle

Not gonna lose lots of words on this, goes down to the wire and 1 man squads.

Includes:
- avre sorta being useful (dat one epic shot)
- goliaths
- tank battles
- back and forth map control
- american mortars being useful
- highest vetted british unit makes an appearance here
