Well obviously, the Canadians would lose something to make up for the acc increase and so would the scots as to not change their base combat efficiency and as to not upset balance. The point was never to make them stronger or weaker, It's more of a statistical and visual flair than anything else.

Royal artillery is the accuracy doctrine, engineers is the "Tough" doctrine, just a small flair to represent that would be fun.

Well you could always just make the tiny things only affect the squad leader, giving the RCA a Scoped Enfield with barely any buffs, the RE have a kilt and a little bit more health and the Commando one have a long cooldown meh acc sten.
That would make it not so OP but yet have its special kick in it.

Granted tough, The brits dont need any buffs to their mainline infantry as it can allready beat pretty much anything that aint KCH and storms in a 1v1 fight..
