Funny thing, all of the things they are talking about (RE: Tradng / Selling restrictions) - are completely illegal in NZ.

Which means one of two things.
Either they dont distrubute into NZ (game companies), because they CANT due to legislation preventing/circumventing our consumer rights.
OR
We get amended end-user agreements.

Actually, theres a third option.
MS ignores it, and tries anyway...

Im sure they will enforce it through their XBox subscription bullshit actually.

Trade-in, lend, resell, gift, and rent disc based games just like you do today – There will be no limitations to using and sharing games, it will work just as it does today on Xbox 360.
 
In addition to buying a disc from a retailer, you can also download games from Xbox Live on day of release.
