I was cleaning up my good 'ole room here at home today and I came across my 1/6th models, so I decided to take some pictures and show them off Tongue. There's 3 of them, together they form an HMG team (Spotter, Corporal & Gunner and the feeder.)
I used to collect them a few years ago, to make crazy dioramas and photoshoots but I never really got to it.

Note the amazing details, they're not really toys although they're about the size of a GI Joe and would generally be reffered to as toys.
(They're pretty expensive and I had to manually apply the awards & insignia, equip them, etc)

Surely I'm not the only one who has some type of "models" at home, so show 'em! Wink
(Even if they're not WW2 related)

I bought my first in a shop in St.Mere Eglise, Normandy; they have entire stores dedicated to these things it's crazy.
I got the rest off the internet: http://www.monkeydepot.com/index.asp

I was also part of a forum community for a little while:

(It's where I saw some amazing dioramas)

Dude, Unk0wn did really well. I can do almost the same detail, except with tanks under 1/18 same as figures

He didn't say he made them, just handed them the weapons and add the insignia

You're wrong, often headsculpts have to be painted, uniforms & equipment are weathered, etc.
In my case, I didn't buy them just out of the box, I purchased all parts individually while paying attention to historical accuracy.
Aside from medals, insignia & weaponry it's also quite a challenge to get the Wehrmacht's standard equipment attached to the belt, added to the webbing, weathering the uniforms, etc.
(You get all individual pieces and usually have to compose some of them, then you have to attach them to belt & webbing correctly.
The ammo pouches for example actually carry tiny ammo cartridges and the helmet & mg42 belt is made out of real metal, etc)

The k98 for example can be completely stripped, same with the mg 42 and any weapon really.

Either way, they look really cool as far as I'm concerned so they've been on my shelf untouched ever since I bought them several years ago. Wink

I also have a 1/35th Panzer IV model but I never got to finish it since I suck at doing tiny details & painting.
(I'm not really into the modelling scene at all so I don't have all the required stuff anyway)

Surely someone else has some WW2 dioramas or models? Tongue
