There is a huge difference between countering a shreck you can see and a whole load of them you can't see, considering the only unit with a respectable detection gets instagibbed by the unit its trying to detect.

There IS no popcap efficient counter to double shrek stormtroopers. You're fielding the equivalent of 4 mobile paks in 10 popcap of units.. for the same muni and a lower manpower price.

For you to win against double shrek storms the storm user will either have to fuck up, or you will have to luck out with something completely stupid. Sprint in cloak through blitzkrieg assault kind of ensures neither of those is going to happen much.

Good inf spam can counter shrecks if it's Street fighting map like Alencon.

There are many price efficient counters. A dual schreck stormie costs 280 MU, that's 70 MU, basically an LMG for every soldier you kill. Three sniper shots and you've already made up for it's high MU cost. Sprint in cloak blitzkrieg is of course a different issue.
