The picture I posted is originally a diorama painting. The artist lives in Berlin. If you consider using it, legally there is 2 things to do.
1) We put on a Europe in Ruins sign. Then it is changed to something so different in nature now (menu background in a computer game mod) that it can be considered a different work now, so that copyright does not apply anymore.
2) I email the artist and ask him whether we can use it, and if allowed send the answer to you. Shall I?
