Unable to play vCOH at all

This is my problem. When I try to start COH I always end up in EIR instead. It makes no difference whether I use my icon or start directly through Steam, I cannot see/play any multiplayer games except those of EIR. I can't even play through the campaigns. Also, when I try to start the COH launcher I get this error.

"The procedure entry point ?dbAssertAux@@YGXPBDH0@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library Debug.dll."

Not sure what that means, but it can't be good. Any ideas on how to fix? Otherwise I will probably uninstall/reinstall vCOH and EIRR.

This. Thanks, that was the issue. one more question then, what does the "-no movies" do?

On startup it skips the nvidia and relic vids
