Relic Online dead?

Hey, I've tried reinstalling COH to play EIR again. When I get to the log in, I can't connect to Relic online and the password recovery option is grayed out. Is Relic online dead? Do I need to buy the steam version to be able to play?

Rename your current coh folder to Company Of Heroes Relaunch
move it into the steam directory steamapps>common iirc
Activate your original cd key for your coh on steam
