Cant start EIRR

the same error katusha had.

but the error appears if i start the launcher

More Information:

i start the installer of europeinruins on win 8. Before running the autoupdater i have no Problem to start the launcher, but i cant Login because i have to update. After i did update my files, it doesnt work anymore, launcher gives error message
