Back on topic, what do you mean by "It doesn't work". I see nothing obviously wrong in the RGD's. More details please.

i have to tell u with tiger ace , with every game some time i get the option to change the shell to heat rounds to armor piercing rounds but then the next game i get only armor piercing rounds so i can't toggle rounds from armor piercing to Heat rounds, it might be a bug .
