hey tank,
well i showed it several times. The first time the wehrmacht wa missing but then everything was in when i presented it. But nothing happend.
However numbers in this docs should be reviewed. Its just the ideas and how they encourage a new playstyle.
at some points its a bit sad that i had only 12 Unlocks for each docs, cause i had many more ideas.

Many of the dual T3s dont make sense the entire doctrine seems more geared towards T4\s.
But take your tier4 for mandos escape plan for example.
3minute cooldown that lets you retreat to a cct. now combine that with a LT heroic charge and its probably somewhere like instant escape for every 120s or something.
If you ever got suppressed for something stupid you wouldnt need to use mando smoke or anything you would just retreat to a CCT.
or the cover training for luftwaffe t4. Can fire whilst cloaked with quick response as the T3 leading to it which provides near infinite sprint.
Or how alot of the T1s are pretty good considering they are T1s.
10% more+faster repairs
vehichle recharge abilites 25% faster
75% grenade recharge, 25%panzaerfaust recharge and 10% hummel.
and in comparison your T2 supervised repairs for RE gives 20% faster 20% more repairs. on officers.
alot of buffs for 3 t1s that your always going to get.
But airborne for all their T2s get deffirent colored smoke on landing zone. so pretty much no matter what if i wanted to go behind enemy lines for capping or ambushes it wouldnt matter because you would just drop a shit ton of smoke into fow.

Mid t2 drive your opponent crazy by fake red smoke -offmap or not? RUN
Bot t2 confuse ur opponent. Take his attention to a different location and land somewhere else OR backcap

Oh yah i forgot a cct cost next to nothing, same with a muni ht for those constant buffs.
Did you forget also that Luftwaffe can build cover?. so they can just set up cover where ever they please as close together as they please.
Most tier 1s in the current state offer crap like building barbed wire for your rifleman. but rarely do they offer a flatout buff to a unit.
As for your airborne. you must have missed something or just didnt type it correctly. but i think the base time for airborne to drop is 30-15s(lets assume 30s) you have no doctrine buff in airborne to decrease the drop time. So you can't really reinforce like you can and use that smoke to the fullest if it comes in every 30 odd seconds.
i usually bring 2-3 CCTS in a company just for the smoke barrage. have fun killing 3 ccts with flankspeed. it would require such a effort that it would easily make its cost up.

You are right about the price of the cct and ammo ht. But thats not the point. The point is that it is a weak point and has an indirect pop cost.
about the mando bot t4. Well the 3 min recharge might be to fast but plz keep in mind: Its a t4, where other docs receive massive combat buffs. So yes u can save your troops from a failed attack, what is more likely since the same ammount of your troops weaker then the same ammount of enemy troops.
So basically trade Firepower vs saving of your troops.
Its good if you landed behind enemy lines, damaged something and now you are trapped by enemy troops. Usually you would lose your man. But with bot t4 u can get them out.
FJs building cover. True, its a good example how combined unlocks (t2+t4) achieve a new effect.
If you get the time
you can Prepare and make a good defensive position.
Well its true that most t1 actually have no effect on the gameplay: i wanted to change that.

I am not sure if i got it right. You basical mind that you cant overrun the enemy frontline cause between each smoke drop is 30 sec delay?
Well i can only respond, that this wasnt my intention. It wasnt thought as an offensive, overrun unlock. More like a defensive. If you lost your position and your man come down, they still have a chance to fall back.

So i was looking at the doc closer and i see you got rid of 3x bars, grease guns, and LMGS aswell as smoke grenades.
I also see you need a T1 to unlock commando grenades.
T4 for hulldown(seems legit)
T1 tacticall support looks like u just slapped it down.
Button on brens and bren MMG for free and not only does it not slow like old button it "forces to stop".
victor target on american offier for american mortars?. just incase i bring 3 mortars on and your in range so i could use my offcer.
Priest gains a HMG. (Hilarously mongishly gay)
K98 heals?

The idea behind the brens is: that u can pin the enemy tanks and ur allies can wreck them. => teamplay, but yeah might be too strong for a t1.
3 mortar + offi are how much pop? 15-16? well, for that price i get enough stuff to overrun u frontally.
Priest gains a HMG. Yes no more defense troops vs inf rushes are needed. HMG might be too extrem - LMG might be better
K98 heals - you are talking about Stormtactics: well the idea about stormtactics is that each weapon class gains an advantage. So if you combine several infantry classes you receive a better combat performance.
K98 heals only on attack, => reward for attacking
