Are you proposing captured vehicles or would this just be an option to purchase? Could you carry the captured vehicle game to game?

I think it would be awesome to capture & keep vehicles. Here's how I think it could work from a coding perspective:

1.) capturing a vehicle gives the crew an unlock that the unit keeps after the game if it survives. Having that ability unlock in the launcher gives you the ability to purchase the vehicle. That way it would ensure you are using up the resources and pp ( if there is pp ) in your company.

Thinking about this further....... How would one capture a vehicle? oh, right CoH2 has that, so whatever that process is I guess.

Yes capturing Vehicles will be included.

I am too lazy to look it up now, but Mechanized Offensive has the Bergertiger, Royal Engeneers has a recontruction sqaud. And the idea of a capture team....
Sounds to me like Raid Tactics has finally its T5 unlock.

how it works. Blow the Tank up, then rebuild it. for the raid team: maybe a special Crit which makes it possible to take over.

Its in General possible to keep captured stuff. Acutally it wasnt planned to add extra cost, but i see problems in case of vehicles.

The former plan was that captured vehicles receive enourmes debuffs, like 50% HP and speed , 75% range and accuracy and join the battlefield for free. Well but the option to rebuy them in the launcher tickles me.

Well i guess i owe you guys some answers:

1. i wanted to launch the first test last weekend.
- well chinese class fuck me so hard that i couldnt keep on working.

2. i am now having 4 days off.
- i amgoing to continue the work in that time

3. i had a very interesting chat with someone, who gave me good advice on design, beta testing etc.
- there will be a closed beta first and then when stats are adjusted it will be released

I agree, but I think there still needs to be some sort of territory element to end a game. If the only way to defeat someone is by killing all their units, the player could just not deploy the last unit and hang the game.

I'd just like to point out, that without any good reason to aggressively push for territory offensive play loses almost all value. It's pretty much the law of all war, the attacker is bound to lose more than a defender, thus, a defensive oriented player will have a huge advantage over an offensive one in a battle of attrition.

In other words, no real reason to commit to attacks and all of the reasons to spam bunkers, mg's, mortars, anti-tank guns and howitzers.

 Plz be so gentle and tell me if the following is encouragement enough to play aggressive:

You need to conquer special Territory to spawn Trucks which drive to your starting zone and deliver Fuel / Ammonution.

Ammo is needed for offmaps
Fuel to keep on running Tanks. Tanks consume Fuel.

It feels a little like vCoH to me to be honest. The trucks are different, but capturing a point to gain fuel & ammo seems fairly similar.

I am not saying it is a bad idea, I just wonder if it is the best idea?
