Where do you all feel this unit is currently sitting?

Does it need any drastic changes, or just minor ones? Does anyone have any particular insight into why it doesn't see much use any more?

I'll give this another shot.

the main reason it isn't taken (for me) is primarily because it cost alot. and it can't kite anymore.

So before 2 t17s for 16 pop would do a really good job killing back capers and long range kiting sure it didnt hit all the time but for those hit and run pot shots they were incredibly useful.

Now 2 t17s cost 18 pop, the long range has been reduced so in order to actually hit a thing you need to pretty much get within faust range or ram you t17s down the units throat to kill it. it also had a price increase making super expensive now(nearly 2x what a quad or m8 cost)

tie this in with the fact it also cant pen tanks or kill LVS worth a damn. and there is just no reason to take it.

Its fine as it is, It chews up infantry like no tommorow and its one of the most durable LV's in the game, In short its nightmare for axis to deal with without either multiple dub schrecks or a tank, And they are durable enough to retreat beyond the distance either can chase it.

And the main reason it isnt taken is that you are usually better off spending your fuel on tanks or tank destroyers as armor.

If scotz has run out of allied stuff to buff how about we have another public redesign? Defensive needs to be made competitive.

I don't know what the previous values were but they used to be 8 pop Ostwinds. Being able to hit every single shot. That was too powerful. Now they seem a bit underwhelming.

Not suprsied they do when they have a 20% chance to hit on range, with 40 damage, lol
